A major Nook is on its way to The Linq and Guy Fieri is getting a little off the top. While the weather chills, the patio at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Grill is in the midst of an upgrade, adding a new lowered ceiling, signage and helping the 1,361-square-foot patio feel more integrated into the interior restaurant design.
Elsewhere within the Linq Hotel & Casino, work continues on the retail district to the rear of the property, with Club Tattoo announcing they will be inking guests in early 2015. They will be joining fellow retailers Essentials and Studio.
Close by, work hurriedly continues on local restaurant Off The Strip Bistro's arrival on the actual Strip, with their breakfast, lunch and dinner menu aiming to be available in early 2015, located next door to the entrance to O'Sheas Irish pub.
Off The Strip will be serving hearty specialties like steaks, chops, seafood and pasta dishes, but for a lighter choice, The Linq is creating the more casual sounding Nook Grab 'N' Go. Despite the name, the size and construction budget will be taking a chunky bite out of the resort.
Nook Grab 'N' Go will occupy 7,836-square-foot of space and has an estimated construction valuation of $1,044,800. A timetable for completion has yet to be announced.
