Food truck darling White Rabbit parked in a permanent location when it opened last week in Chinatown. The Filipino fusion restaurant serves up beefsteak that’s marinated in citrus and slow cooked, chicken adobo, pork tocino with its sweet braised cured pork, pork sisig with its deep fried pork belly, and a soy-based pepper steak that’s wok fried. All can come on a taco burrito or quesadilla or in a rice bowl or atop fries. Combine them or order up sides such as spaghetti with a sweet and spicy marinara, carne fried rice or a Spam burger. Desserts here include a white chocolate champorado with white chocolate rice porridge, the creme brulee toast, and White Rabbit macarons in assorted flavors.

The restaurant throws a grand opening on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. with prizes and giveaways.

The Los Angeles-based owners have been operating a cafe in Canoga Park, Calif., since 2010 and also run a food truck that has visited Vegas many times, including stints at the Las Vegas Foodie Fest.
