The owners of Ember's Grille & Spirits in Boca Park just opened their second Vegas venture in Village Square. The Lion's Tail Tavern is being dubbed "an American style cocktail bar with a Las Vegas Twist." The name comes from Ember's Lion's Tail cocktail with Jim Beam and St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram.

The space in the corner of Village Square occupies about 1,600 square feet with room for 60. While the venue doesn't serve food, guests can order from neighboring Bachi Burger. Video poker seems to be the name of the game at this 24-hour bar.
