Delaware North Companies, which runs a gaggle of food outlets inside ballparks, national parks and casinos, is now the majority owner of the Patina Restaurant Group. That means establishments from chef Joachim Splichal such as Pinot Brasserie at the Venetian are under the Delaware North Companies umbrella.
