Massive servings of pancakes, waffles and fried chicken now make their debut at the Rio, where the fourth Vegas Hash House a Go Go now resides. Inside find a tractor greeting guests as they arrive inside the former Sao Paulo Café.

The restaurant touts farm-fresh ingredients, "twisted farm food" and over-sized portions. Look for house hashes and scrambles, flapjacks and waffles, homemade biscuits and jam, sandwiches, the infamous one-pound stuffed burger, Bloody Mary's and kiwi watermelon lemonade, in addition to a full-service bar.

New to the menu at the Rio location, the Healthy Start Scramble featuring egg whites with a choice of two ingredients such as tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach or smoked salmon, served with a large side of fresh fruit.

The restaurant serves up brunch daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hash House also has its original location on West Sahara Avenue, at the Quad and The Plaza. The M Resort location closed in December.
