Behold, Bobby Flay's newest restaurant in Las Vegas, his ode to American favorites burgers, fries and milkshakes. Bobby's Burger Palace is now serving in the former Carolina Herrera space at Crystals, right in front of Mandarin Oriental.

Inside, find a 146-seat restaurant with a central serpentine dining counter. Fifty-four can sit here at the green leather seats with a ribbon-like light fixture in brown, orange and yellow stripes overhead. Guests order at a window daily from 10 a.m. to midnight and then head into the festive red, yellow and green space. Diners can sit looking into the kitchen encased in a mosaic of wood, bamboo and bright green, brown and orange glass tiles. And when the weather gets a little nicer, head out to the patio right on Las Vegas Boulevard. For a look at the menu, head here. Tickle your taste buds after the jump.
