Where will the best view of the 550-foot-tall High Roller observation wheel be? Right at Yard House, which now says it will open at The Linq on Feb. 28.
This 18,000-square-foot restaurant is all about the beer, with 160 on tap. Expect to find local brews from Big Dog Brewing Co., Joseph James Brewing Co. and Tenaya Creek Brewery served up in half-yards, pints, shorties or six-pack samplers. Also look for a rotating selection of seasonal and limited edition beers on the "Chalkboard Series."

The restaurant features room for more than 400 diners and more on the outdoor patio overlooking the High Roller. The open space is decked out in warm woods and cool stainless steel accents and decorated with an original collection of abstract art commissioned by California artist Jerome Gastaldi. A glass-enclosed keg room houses 5,000 gallons of beer kept between 34 and 36 degrees and delivered via miles of overhead steel and nylon beer lines to the central island bar.
As for the menu, more than 150 items make the cut including appetizers, salads, grilled burgers, tacos, seafood, steaks and ribs. Expect to find favorites such as the spicy tuna roll and mac and cheese with pulled chicken, applewood bacon and fried wild mushrooms. After 10 p.m., order from the "Eat Late" menu with a black truffle cheeseburger, pastrami dog, chilaquiles and Monte Cristo pops.
No Yard House is complete without its fleet of flat-screen televisions. Each here is tuned to sporting events and visible from nearly every seat.
Yard House has locations at Town Square and Red Rock Resort as well.
