The Back of the House Brawl Benefits Ryen Cho Indica

The Back of the House Brawl sort of returns on Sunday, Feb. 23, with a special fund-raiser for Ryen Cho Idica, the chef behind Hachi at Red Rock Resort, who suffered a stroke in December.

The event dubbed the Back of the House Kokua takes place at Tommy Rocker's from 8 p.m. to midnight for $40 per person.

Six food trucks will be on hand with chefs from Red Rock Resort, STK, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, StripSteak, Andre's and Wynn Las Vegas cooking on the trucks.

Also on the docket, a silent auction to help raise even more money.
