Charlie Palmer has expansion plans, but they're not Downtown next to Symphony Park. Instead the chef behind Aureole and Charlie Palmer Steak is opening a trio of restaurant inside The Knickerbocker in New York City. Look for a casual American restaurant on the fourth floor, a grab-and-go cafe on the ground level and a bar/lounge on the roof of the hotel, expected to open this summer. Eater New York reports that guests at the hotel will also get "priority access and preferential treatment" at Aureole across the street. [~ENY~]
