Meet the $5,000 Five Star, the newest swanky cocktail from XS Nightclub at Encore Las Vegas. The high-priced libation made its debut Saturday night for the fifth anniversary of the nightspot and will only be available in 2014.

What makes this drink so pricey? The blend of Louis XIII Rare Cask 42.6, Pappy Van Winkle's Family Reserve 23-year, Martini Gran Lusso 150th Anniversary Vermouth, D.O.M. Benedictine "Black Monk" 500th Anniversary Edition, along with Peychaud's Bitters, Angostura Bitters and flamed orange oils.

When ordered, the cocktail is made table side and delivered on a gold tray, a tip of the hat to the very gold look inside the excessive club.

Those keeping tabs will remember that XS has the $10,000 Ono with Charles Heidsieck Champagne Charlie 1981 and Louis XIII de Remy Martin Black Pearl cognac. Of course, that cocktail is served with men's sterling silver XS cufflinks and a woman's 18-karat white-gold chain with a black pearl pendant.
