Now open, the newest venture from Block 16 Hospitality, The Blind Pig — Provisions & Lounge next to the Panorama Towers. Inside find a counter-order restaurant and market serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as gourmet grab-and-go items, and late-night bites and cocktails.

Chef Anthony Meidenbauer's menu includes appetizers such a spicy tuna inside out rolls and crispy pork nuggets with pork belly, sweet chili glaze, Sriracha aioli and peanuts. Look for lunch and dinner entrees such as stozzapretti pasta, made with rustic-style tomato sugo, broccoli rabe and sausage, and the BP prochetta sandwich with herb-marinated roasted pork loin and belly, salsa fossa and garlic aioli. Pizzas such as the BP Classic with red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and onion and the Wise Guy with red sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella and parmesan make the menu.

The breakfast menu includes dishes such as the Blind Pig Platter with griddlecakes, eggs, bacon and Lyonaisse potatoes as well as omelets, smoothies and more.

On the provisions side of the space, find house-made baked goods, cookies, oils, pastas and more.

The restaurant was designed with a Prohibition era speakeasy in mind. The vintage-inspired lounge features antique touches and opens in the early afternoon. Here find handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, wine and a bar menu.

The Blind Pig opens daily at 6 a.m. and closes at midnight Sundays through Thursdays and 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
