Binion's Café Revamp Brings New Look & Old Grill

The remodel of Downtown stalwart Binion's Café is nearing completion and a late February or early March unveiling will return sales of their famous Binion's Burger to the casino floor, alongside newly expanded entree selections.

Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel has opted for a brick structure design, doubling the length of the previous restaurant and adding more seating in the rear section, away from the open kitchen.

With a new menu comes new choices and also new prices on many items, including regular breakfast deals like the Gambler's Special rising 49 cents. Among the new restaurant style entrees are the broiled fresh salmon filet with a choice of barbecue or herb butter sauce for $12.99 and a 14-ounce T-bone steak served with vegetable of the day and a choice of french fried or mashed potatoes for $14.99.

Most renowned for their Binion's Burger, suggested to be enjoyed with potato salad, the dish has amassed a loyal cadre of fans who have been assured the remodeled location will be utilizing the exact same flat grill that created hundreds of thousands of beef patties. Until the changeover is complete, the downstairs Coffee Shop has been serving the café's full menu.
