Former Top Chef cheftestapant Angelo Sosa takes on Bobby Flay on the Food Network's Iron Chef America at 9 p.m. on March 2, and Sosa's Poppy Den at Tivoli Village celebrates with a viewing party that night from 8 to 10 p.m.
Sosa will be on hand for the event and the episode will be projected on the wall above the staircase and all of the flat-screen TVs. Reservations can be made at 702-907-5227.
Following the episode, Sosa will feature a different dish from the show as a special each day at Poppy Den from Monday, March 3, through Saturday, March 8. The weeklong taste tour will end with the finale Last Supper meal featuring the full five-course meal that was prepared on the show, priced at $85 per person. The Last Supper will be available exclusively on Friday, March 7, and Saturday, March 8.
