What To Expect from Mike Minor's Truck-U Barbeque

Former Border Grill executive chef Mike Minor is this close to opening his Truck-U Barbeque, his new roving barbecue food truck. On it, he plans to cook up slow-smoked, dry rubbed, Kansas City-style barbecue with a Mexican twist. Also on tap, "his barbecued meats in tacos, tortas and burritos. Tattoo artist Dirk Vermin and HGTV star Luca Paganico created the skin for the truck. No word on a launch date yet.
