Meet the new Truffles N Bacon Café from chef Jackie Lim, serving up what it calls "a refined palette for the delicate and decadent truffle with the savoury accessibility of bacon."
The restaurant features a daily specials menu with soups, salads, sandwiches and more. Dishes here include the TNB Signature Burger with specialty bacon jam and topped with crispy mac and cheese and Sriracha ketchup on a brioche bun and served with baked fries seasoned in truffle oil
Other dishes include the "Pimp My Bruschetta" with minty peas with bacon jam, mushroom and brie, tomato and mozzarella, seared Haloumi cheese with sautéed grapes or babaganoush as well as "Not Your Mama's Grilled Cheese" with short ribs, bacon jam, cheese and broccoli rabe.
The café is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
