What follows is a specialty menu that includes artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and caviar; live-action salad creations with fresh dressings, vegetables and sides; premium meat carvings such as lamb and prime rib; and a house-made chocolate fondue presentation for dipping fresh fruit, brownies and marshmallows.
