Robert Caravaggio just joined Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar as the executive chef and director of operations of the restaurant. The East Coast native with more than 27 years of experience will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including menus, costs and inventory control.
In the past, Caravaggio has been the executive chef of Ferraro's, Kahunaville Island Restaurant & Party Bar and Carmine's Little Italy.
Most recently, Caravaggio served as executive kitchen manager for The Cheesecake Factory in Summerlin and Henderson, where he oversaw kitchen operations and managed a team of more than 300 staff members.
