The Kitchen Gangnam, the Korean restaurant at 5125 W. Sahara Ave. that opened last fall, has quietly closed. The 6,500-square-foot restaurant took over the former Pacific Buffet space, but the building had originally been purpose-built for the sole Nevada outpost of the Black Angus Steakhouse chain.
