WTPho?, a French-inspired Vietnamese and Thai restaurant, is headed southwest and hopes to open by April.
The casual spot will feature Vietnamese pho, Thai curries and stir fry dishes. A pre-debut menu includes dishes such as a pork pho confit comprised of pork belly, pork cheek and a soft poached egg, salmon panang curry and pad Thai entrees. A honey bread dessert will be made with toasted brioche, vanilla ice cream and drizzled honey. No item on the menu is priced at over $10.
Work has begun on the 1,499-square-foot space with an estimated $150,000 construction valuation, to be located next to a 7-Eleven within the Blue Diamond Marketplace strip mall. WTPho?'s website is projecting the restaurant to be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
