Here it is, The Commissary, the Latin kitchen from Richard Sandoval. Technically, the restaurant is part of the Downtown Grand but sits across the street from the casino. Inside, find three different cuisine concepts covering tortas, burgers and a rotisserie as well as a coffee café featuring beans from Lavazza. Find reclaimed wood, high back leather chairs and a 140-seat patio. Sometime this winter, The Commissary After Dark makes its debut, bringing a nightclub scene to the resort.
