WYNN LAS VEGAS — Already Christopher Hopkins, who became resort mixologist here last year, is leaving his mark on the properties. His new cocktails include the Jade Empress, made with Casa Noble Blanco tequila, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, Perfect Puree pear, lime juice and ginger syrup at the recently renovated Wing Lei as well as the Golden Flower, crafted with Kai Coconut-Pandan, Velvet Falernum, lime juice, Perfect Puree mango, and cardamom-infused honey syrup, garnished with an edible white flower and gold flake.
