Border Grill at Mandalay Bay now has a new executive chef. Chris Keating has more than 15 years of culinary experience in the United States and the Bahamas. The North Carolina native started as a dishwasher at 15 and worked his way up through various kitchens including Bert's Seafood Grill, Marisol Bistro, Revival Grill and Sheraton Four Seasons in Greensboro, Caesars Palace and most recently Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill at The Atlantis.
