Krayvings Close to Serving Healthy Eats in Summerlin

A new fast casual, healthy food option is close to debuting at the Vista Commons strip mall in Summerlin. Adjacent to John Cutter's Grill & Tavern the 1,891-square-foot Krayvings features a mantra of providing fresh and healthy options for dine-in and take-out.

So far, their hints at a menu include "freshly squeezed juices, handcrafted all natural smoothies, nutritiously wholesome salads, mouthwatering sandwiches, and power protein bowls." A February opening is expected.
