Carla Pellegrino Wire

The $40 million E11even Nightclub opened in Miami Wednesday night and Carla Pellegrino was on hand to serve up dishes from her coming Touché Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant. Pellegrino won't have the restaurant fully operational until summer, when she'll return to Vegas for two-week stints to move forward on a second Vegas restaurant, as well as a fourth in Miami. [LVS]
