Menu Reveals

The 80,000-square-foot Brooklyn Bowl brings a music venue, bowling and comfort food to The Linq when it officially opens on Friday. Bruce and Eric Bromberg of Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas created the menu here that includes egg shooters, potato and onion knish, French bread pizzas, chocolate chip bread pudding and the Bromberg brothers' infamous fried chicken make the menu.
