The first topless club in the city is up for sale. Vegas Inc reports that Larry's Villa on West Bonanza Road is up for grabs for $375,000.
The hole in the wall strip club first opened in 1972 by Larry Lapenta, who died in 2006 of pneumonia. He transferred ownership of the club over to Brent Howard, his longtime accountant, who also operated sister property Larry's Hideaway until it closed in 2012.
Be forewarned; while the lease has three years remaining, the landlord is hiking up the rent by $4 a square foot, meaning $20,000 for a 5,000-square-foot adult playground frequented by locals and curious tourists alike.
