Here's a look at what the third Sambalatte coming to The Boulevard in front of Monte Carlo will look like. The locals-favorite coffee shop plans to open May 1 with its largest venue, clocking in at 3,300 square feet as well as a coffee bean roaster and a state-of-the-art coffee lab, providing what the coffee shop is dubbing the "The Theater of Coffee," where guests can watch the roasting process by the experts.

Inside, the restaurant can hold approximately 80 people, while outside, a patio with seating for 100 awaits. Sandwiches, salads, pastries, desserts and a grab-and-go open food case highlight the menu.
The coffee lab sits behind a glass wall, while flat-screen televisions, free WiFi, multiple power source workstations and more entertain.
Owner Luiz Oliveira partnered again with Vanrooy Design, a Los Angeles firm that contracted the design of the Boca Park flagship Sambalatte, along with architecture firm Bunnyfish Studio and Las Vegas builder Shaw Lundquist.
Sambalatte also has a new location on South Jones Boulevard.
