Wolfgang Puck returns to Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 9, to sign copies of his latest cookbook, Wolfgang Puck Makes It Healthy: Light, Delicious Recipes and Easy Exercises for a Better Life, at Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars. The latest in his huge anthology of cookbooks offers up more than 100 health-conscious recipes, many of which Puck cooks at home for his family and friends.
Guests who purchase a copy of the cookbook for $30 at the event can also dine on complimentary bites courtesy of Spago from 2 to 4 p.m.
The event is free, but tied in to his second annual Sip & Savor that kicks off the 40th anniversary of UNLVino at Spago that night at 7 p.m. Puck's six Vegas restaurants come together to dish up bites paired with more than 20 of the chef's favorite wines. Puck will be honored with the Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence at the end of the event.
Tickets for Sip & Savor are $225 per person for general admission at 7 p.m. and $275 per person for a VIP experience featuring reserved seating and early entry at 6 p.m., as well as a raffle ticket for the chance to win prizes such as an autographed Wolfgang Puck chef jacket, a magnum of wine and more.
