The Linq keeps revealing more and more venues, and today, it's Flour & Barley's turn.

The brick oven pizzeria features Sicilian- and Calabrian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, paninis and salads as well as cocktails and a beer program with seasonal beers and wines on draft.

Parent company Block16 Hospitality is behind the pizzeria, with a menu created by director of culinary operations Anthony Meidenbauer, developed Flour & Barley's menu that uses ingredients such as All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings including fennel sausage, Calabrian chili, roasted cauliflower, prosciutto cotto and more.

The 3,800-square-foot pizzeria features a natural wood and brick interior, a marble bar top and marble tabletops and vintage posters and classic black and white sports photography. The restaurant also features a 1,200-square-foot patio and a to-go window serving slices. The view here gives diners a close look at the High Roller, what will become the tallest observation wheel in the world when it opens around April 1.

Flour & Barley is open for lunch and dinner daily at 11 a.m. until midnight Monday through Sunday but may stay open later once the High Roller opens.
