The continental breakfast at Sunrise Inn was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District for an imminent health hazard on March 26.
SNHD shut down the breakfast for what it called an "other condition or circumstance that may endanger public health."
Inspectors cited food unprotected from potential contamination and inaccurate thermometers as well.
This location typically earns A and B grades in previous inspections that date back to 2004.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
