It's quite a change of scenery from South Padre Island to landlocked Las Vegas, but Gabriella's Italian Grill & Pizzeria is expanding their reach beyond Texas.
Having built a sturdy reputation on the island as the go-to Italian-American spot, in Las Vegas they will be occupying a corner slot that once hosted a Round Table Pizza.
Back home, their menu ranges from wood fired, brick oven pizza, antipasti, specialty dishes like lasagna and ravioli, family style dishes and a proud recipe for meatballs.
Pre-opening details are scant, but they are already promising dine-in, carry-out and delivery. In South Texas, the restaurant is open daily, but only for dinner.
Gabriella's is aiming to debut by the end of April. A third location is in the works for the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
