Top Chef alum Carla Pellegrino set a date for opening her much-anticipated Touché Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant atop E11even Nightclub in Miami. Look for an April 3 opening of the 7,100-square-foot Italian restaurant that also offers sushi and a nightclub menu.
