Meet the Cadbury Egg Soufflé at Andre's; Wine Dinner

MONTE CARLO — Just in time for Easter, Andre's has the Chocolate Cadbury Egg Soufflé. Pastry chef Tammy Alana first makes the soufflé, then drops a whole Cadbury Egg into the center as it bakes. The dessert is available now through Easter on Sunday, April 20, for $15. [EaterWire]

HENDERSON — Sammy's Restaurant & Bar features Franciscan Estate Winery at Sammy's Social Club at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30. The second event in the monthly series will begin with a four-course wine pairing dinner, priced at $50 per person. The meal will start with the jumbo lump crab cake served with Asian slaw and cilantro rémoulade paired with the Franciscan Estate Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a brie cheese and truffle oil pizza topped with sautéed mushrooms and paired with the Franciscan Estate Chardonnay. The entrée course will feature the pappardelle Bolognese made with basil, beef-tomato ragout and shaved Romano paired with the Franciscan Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
