Like cocktails? Lots of cocktails? And dream of sharing them with your dining customers? An off-Strip, "upscale" restaurant with name recognition, a patio and more than 500 specialty drinks on their menu, is up for grabs for $469,000.
The current owners just bought the place in September 2013 after the originators ran the 2,000-square-foot property for four years. There's new equipment, room for 80 guests plus a 500-square-foot fenced patio for outdoor seating.
Three miles from the Strip, the bar can be fitted for five gaming machines to add a casino vibe. The new owner has been "offered a partnership in a major restaurant chain" and so is giving up a yearly gross income quoted as $720,000 with $175,000 in cash flow.
The owner and brokers will only reveal the actual location and name if a prospective buyer has the right credentials. But, as usual, allow us to provide our informed guess on which restaurant is up for sale, after the jump.

Not many restaurants in the city can hide behind the description of offering more than 500 specialty drinks and are operating under such very new ownership. Only one Southwest location exactly fits the online "for sale" description.
Elements Kitchen & Martini Bar was bought by locals Paul and Liz Fisichella late last year. They brought in chef Scott Morrow and added a Sunday brunch to the mix. The hundreds of cocktail choices and a popular happy hour twinned with tapas dishes make this a popular spot. Interested buyers will also received 15 days of on-site training.
