Now CUT, Wolfgang Puck's steakhouse at the Palazzo, has flights of whiskey.
The restaurant features a large selection of bourbons and ryes from distilleries such as Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill, scotches from old distilleries such as Springbank and Macallan, and the lesser known Japanese whiskies from Yamazaki and Nikka.
Flights range in price from $19 to $474. Flight highlights include West Surrender featuring Clyenlish Distillers, Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban and Royal Lochnagar; Old Glory featuring Willett 21 Year, Michter's 25 Year and Rittenhouse 25 Year; the Royal '70s featuring Macallan 1976, Dalmore 1974 and Jura 1976 for $474; and more. All flights consist of three one-ounce samplings of whiskey.
