BELLAGIO — The Epicurean Epicenter series goes Old World vs. New World with a wine pairing dinner on Friday, May 2, at 6:30 p.m. at Sensi. The four-course menu from executive chef Royden Ellamar will be paired with a variety of wines from around the world. Wine Spectator executive editor Thomas Matthews and Bellagio wine director and master sommelier Jason Smith will host the event.
