Wine Pairing Dinner at Sensi; Craig Schoettler Twitter Chat

BELLAGIO — The Epicurean Epicenter series goes Old World vs. New World with a wine pairing dinner on Friday, May 2, at 6:30 p.m. at Sensi. The four-course menu from executive chef Royden Ellamar will be paired with a variety of wines from around the world. Wine Spectator executive editor Thomas Matthews and Bellagio wine director and master sommelier Jason Smith will host the event. Dishes served include dueling hams, two types of eggs, a foie gras course and a pairing menu with salad "Lyonnaise," spring risotto with morel mushrooms, English peas, charred ramps and more, a tasting of Colorado lamb done three ways, and Epoisses + Bohemian Creamery "The Bomb."
