The Southern Nevada Health District shut down Rockin' Taco at Harmon Corner on April 14 after a re-inspection found 30 violations.
The original inspection on March 31 found the same number of demerits. On Monday, SNHD inspectors found spoiled food, no hot and cold running water from an approved source, food unprotected from contamination and more.
The restaurant was shut down in 2013 after a routine inspection.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
