MANDALAY BAY — Border Grill added new dishes to its brunch served Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Look for bananas foster crepes, fried green tomatillos, bacon and egg quesadilla, smoked salmon slider and more served on small plates that stream out of the kitchen. HARRAH'S LAS VEGAS — KGB: Kerry's Gourmet Burgers has Chef Reg's burger special and a pralines and cream milkshake this month. Chef Reg's burger is made with two beef patties, topped with American cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, grilled tomato, pickles and secret sauce on a brioche bun. The pralines and cream milkshake is made with homemade pralines and cream ice cream, whipped cream and praline pieces. In May, the restaurant features a chorizo burger and Mexican hot chocolate milkshake. The chorizo burger's patty is a mixture of beef and pork chorizo, topped with pepper jack cheese, corn salsa, guacamole and tortilla strips, served on a jalapeño cheddar bun. The Mexican hot chocolate milkshake comes from homemade Mexican hot chocolate spiced ice cream, topped with whipped cream.
