Meet Tony Leitera, the executive chef of Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The Quad, which just opened last week.
Leitera has a history here in Vegas. He went to was the specialty room chef for the Village Seafood Buffet at the Rio until 2010, when he became an executive chef and partner in The Capital Grille. For the past 10 months, he has worked as the executive sous chef at Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
He started his career as the executive sous chef at the now-defunct Wild Sage Cafe and even worked as a sous chef at the Anthem Country Club.
