Helping erase the bad taste left by Conrad Gallagher and his Poshburger fiasco, The Cracked Egg has taken over the sketchy chef's former space, stretched out into the vacant business next door and added a patio for good measure.

This will be the fifth establishment for the locals favorite, keeping its familiar menu and also operating the same breakfast and lunch hours of 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday and 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the weekend.

The hearty menu includes "fluffy & folded" omelets, "eggs with attitude," an "oatmeal overload" and their popular "Sin City skillets." Frequent patron Laura Augsburger, pastry chef tournant at Rao's at Caesars Palace, gave a shout-out to The Cracked Egg's Nutella S'more Stuffed French Toast in an Eater Vegas Dining Confidential last year.
