Lobster ME has debuted its second Strip location at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and trapped some new menu items to add to its original baseline lobster roll and fried lobster tail on a stick concepts.
The 947-square-foot open plan space, with room for 36 guests, takes over a former Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf outpost. LEV Restaurant Group, which owns the chain, also operates Jamba Juice, Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar and I Love Burgers. The first Lobster ME resides at the Miracle Mile Shops.
New items available at this spot are the warm Connecticut, rather than chilled, lobster roll and the punny Bánh ME Vietnamese inspired roll. There's a lobster flatbread topped with melted mozzarella and in the "Not Lobster" section, a Hebrew National hot dog for $7. The boldest new creation is the "Chowder Fries" priced at $7, featuring beer battered fries smothered in clam chowder, cheese sauce, bacon, diced tomato and parsley.
