Take your first look inside the 6,500-square-foot Guy Fieri Vegas Kitchen & Bar, Fieri's first restaurant in Las Vegas, now serving up a menu of Righteous Rojo Rings, The Mayor of Flavortown Burger and Parmageddon Wings at The Quad. Judging from the long lines forming outside the door, seating for 200 isn't enough. Those sitting outside on the patio hear the constant barrage of music from neighboring Carnavale Court. Inside, find floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Strip. Fieri says he wanted the space to feel like his own home kitchen with woods, metals and tiles. At the bar, sit on cowhide-lined chairs before ordering one of the "frozen shots" conveniently available on tap. Fieri's "Kulinary Gangsta" logo, inspired by one of his tattoos, gets special treatment throughout the space on the napkins and plates. He also used memorabilia from his alma mater UNLV throughout. Go ahead, take a rare opportunity to look at this place empty.
