Tbones New Happy Hour; Capriotti's Turns 21

RED ROCK RESORT — Tbones Chophouse now has happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday in the bar area with everything priced at $10 and under. New dishes include the Tbones nacho fries with spiced Petaluma cheese sauce, prime rib, jalapeños, tomatoes, green onions, sour cream; crispy kale salad with roasted cauliflower, red onion, pine nuts, Fresno chilies and basil balsamic vinaigrette; Bloody Mary oyster shooters; ahi tuna tacos; barbecue beef sliders; mushroom and goat cheese tart; house cured duck prosciutto; Buffalo chicken oyster bites; and Thai style beef jerky. Craft beers, cocktails and wines by the glass specials are also available.

DOWNTOWN — Vegas-based Capriotti's Sandwich Shop celebrates 21 years with a pub crawl starting at Mob Bar, then Beauty Bar and ending at Insert Coins tonight. Meet a new Capriotti's mascot as well.
