After crepes, arepas and Cornish pasties, the local mono-focused dining scene is now set to include the humble chicken pot pie. Pie Me Over is moving into a 665-square-foot space at the Rainbow Pavilion outdoor mall. The neighbors include Firehouse Subs, 7-Eleven and Tops N Bottoms Frozen Yogurt.
Pie Me Over intends to specialize in take-out service of "gourmet style chicken pot pies." Their brief for designers creating their current logo was to focus on a matching "creative, modern, unique" approach. The estimated $65,000 construction budget and small size suggests a quick arrival for the still unrevealed full concept.
