You Will Not Get To Say Goodbye to Moon — It's Donezo

After nine years, Moon Nightclub at the Palms is now closed, leaving the resort with just Ghostbar as its only nightclub. Moon, with its retractable roof and dazzling light-and-effects show, shuttered with no notice yesterday afternoon. Even a press release for events at the Palms sent out March 31 included deejays through April 26.

Rain Nightclub closed in October 2012 and hasn't been replaced. The iconic Playboy Club shuttered in June 2012 and turned into View, which is now only open for private parties and special events. The Palms promises that a new nightclub concept will take Moon's spot.
