Willkommen! A Bavarian Castle to Replace Meat & Three

The former spot for Chris Herrin's Meat & Three is heading in a very different direction with a proposed authentic German experience.

The Bavarian Castle restaurant is so true to its roots, a managing member even lists a current contact address in the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Essen.

The Bavarian theme will apply to both the food and drink, serving appropriate wine and beer with the meals and specialty dishes. Estimated hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m, Tuesday to Sunday.

Located in a strip mall and next door to a Thai restaurant, the castle will join a PT's and Village Pub as neighbors. It has begun the journey through the City of Henderson permit approval process.
