Park on Fremont and Commonwealth may have had their tavern-limited licenses extended for a year, but that came at a price. The Las Vegas City Council banned Pasquale Rotella — who heads Insomniac Inc., the creator of the Electric Daisy Carnival, and is listed as a partner at the two Downtown venues — from visiting either outlet "while he awaits trial on counts of bribery and conspiracy to embezzle in an unrelated case in California." Rotella is accused of paying off the events manager at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to "gain easier access…for concerts." [LVS]
