Wolfgang Puck's Postrio just did something it normally doesn't do — landed a new chef. Mark Andelbradt just joined the restaurant inside the Grand Canal Shoppes with more than 18 years of experience in kitchens in Asia, Europe and North America.
The Chicago native graduated from Kendall College in Evanston, Ill., in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, traveled to Hong Kong and Italy to explore his culinary direction and worked at Brasserie T and Tru in Chicago with Rick Tramonto and Gale Gand; Daniel in New York with Daniel Boulud; Morimoto in both Philadelphia and New York with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto; and Tao at the Venetian.
