Baja Fresh at 8780 W. Charleston Blvd. was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District on April 4 with an imminent health hazard. SNHD inspectors found a pest infestation during the routine inspection.
The restaurant received a B grade during its last inspection in 2013, and A grades dating back to 2010.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
