Craver fans, your White Castle dreams are about to come true. The family-run home to sliders craved by Harold and Kumar that sold nearly 20,000 a day at last weekend's Las Vegas Foodie Fest is rumored to be coming to the Strip.

A tipster says White Castle will open at Casino Royale, the tiny resort on the Strip between the Venetian and Harrah's Las Vegas. The James Bond named resort is already undergoing a $9 million renovation of Denny's and a new Walgreens. That 26,500-square-foot project should be open by the end of the year and re-opens the top earning Denny's in the country.

If the rumors are true, this would be the first White Castle on the West Coast. The company has been bringing its mobile unit to Vegas for the foodie festival for the past three events, with lines up to four hours long forming for its first visit. The privately owned White Castle notoriously does not franchise and has frequently brushed off questions about when it will open in Las Vegas. "White Castle expands slowly and tends to operate within the existing Midwest and Northeast regions where all our support facilities (meat plants, bakeries, etc.) are located," the company's frequently asked questions page notes.

For the time being, you can pick up White Castle sliders at Mermaid's on the Fremont Street Experience.
